Denisse leads the spatial and physical design division of the XODEEP alliance. Where our work defines how a brand is structured, hers defines how that structure is inhabited — proportion, material, light, and the sequence a person moves through.
Operating from Spain, Vacuo Design Lab brings European design sensibility to mandates across India and the Gulf, ensuring the architecture we author on paper survives contact with concrete, glass and stone.
The Division of Craft
The alliance exists because brand architecture and spatial architecture answer the same question in different materials. Kept separate, both weaken. Governed together, they compound.
Brand architecture converted into physical environment — retail, hospitality, workspace and residential. Every material decision traced back to a positioning decision.
On-site oversight through construction and fit-out. Drawings are only intent; supervision is what makes the built result match the approved architecture.
Layout plans, 3D modelling, renders, lighting and finish schedules, and full bill of quantities — the documents a contractor can actually build from.
